Already have a plan for Missions xD, SP only comes from level's though ;3 their will also be missions you have to complete to become an Arrancar/Shinigami

Since you have to enroll in class as a shinigami student and consume hollows as a hollow.

Pretty good idea, sorta like a quest system to keep players interested, and it's a refreshment from the boring grinding.

Maybe the missons could also award class benifits, Such as multiple zan quests for each type. To get shikai you acheive this level and complete the certain misson for the zan. But it has to be related to the zan your going to get

maybe u can make killing a certain hollow part of the missions for shini / humans.. like when rukia was fighting that 1 hollow that made leech bombs explode with his tongue or when ichigo fought grand fisher and i suppose that weird hollow that orihime fought that could control normal humans
